Community Engagement Manager – Nottinghamshire

You will be joining Mental Health Concern & Insight IAPT, both are leading providers of a wide range of specialist mental health services and employee wellbeing programmes. Established for over 30 years; we work in partnership with the NHS and local authorities to deliver a range of community-based services and psychological therapies.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Relationships as part of the commercial team, you will be responsible for increasing awareness of our services in Nottinghamshire, including (but not limited to):

  • Engagement with local community groups such as faith centres, toddler groups and food banks to increase awareness of the free support Insight IAPT offer local communities
  • Developing strong relationships with Primary Care Networks, GP practice managers and clinicians to make the referral process as easy and effective as possible.
  • Distribution of local marketing materials to increase awareness of IAPT services and ensure information is relevant and up to date.
  • Organising events for local primary care and community groups

About you

We would love to hear from you if you possess the following:

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent career experience
  • Experience in a business development or marketing role
  • Well-developed influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
