Administrator – Newcastle & Gateshead
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Adult Services team.
You will provide effective and efficient administrative support to our services, which provide 24-hour specialist mental health care.
You week will be divided; working 3 days at our Coalway Lane service based in Swalwell, Gateshead and the remaining 2 days at our Jubilee Mews service based in Gosforth, Newcastle. You must have the ability to commute to both services.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Being the main point of contact for visitors
- Responding to phone calls and emails
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Update relevant clinical databases and systems
- Support the process of referrals into our services
About you
We would love to hear from you, if you possess the following:
- At least 12 months experience in an administrative role
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grades A-C (or equivalent)
- Excellent written communication skills, confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Good IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office
