Our Moving Forward services are commissioned by CCGs and local authorities and are usually free to use. We accept self-referrals, or referrals from any health or social care professional. Please contact the relevant service directly for referral information:

South Tyneside Mental Health Carer Support

If you live in South Tyneside and care for someone with a mental health problem, you are eligible for this service. Just give us a call on 0191 493 6917 and we’ll take it from there. Referrals are also accepted from any health and social care professional.
