We provide two kinds of services for older people: caring for those with dementia, and supportive rehabilitation for those who have other complex mental health problems.
Dementia care
We believe passionately in providing good care to people with dementia and their families. We also believe that it is entirely possible to live a good quality and meaningful life. With the right help, this is a reasonable expectation for anybody living with dementia.
We provide a number of different dementia services:
Our main purpose is to help older people with complex mental health problems to live well and independently in the community. We work with people to understand and manage their mental health condition, as well as to develop and practise the skills which are important to live independently.
